Relevant professional experience.

3+ assignments

Completed similar assignments in your area of expertise.

3 professional referees

References who can verify your experience.

  • Include at least three detailed consultancy assignments.

Does registration guarantee an assignment?

No. Registration allows IACL to consider your profile for suitable opportunities but does not guarantee engagement.

Can consultants outside Kenya apply?

Yes. IACL considers professionals based in different countries, depending on their qualifications and experience.

Must I use the IACL CV template?

Yes. The prescribed editable Word template is mandatory. PDFs and alternative CV formats will not be considered.

How will my application be assessed?

Applications may be reviewed against qualifications, technical expertise, professional experience, completed assignments, geographic experience and references.

Will I receive confirmation?

An acknowledgement should be sent after successful submission. It confirms receipt, not acceptance into the roster.

What is the IACL consultant roster?

A database of qualified professionals who may be considered for assignments delivered by Impact Africa Consulting Limited.

Can I add rows to the CV template?

Yes. You may add rows where necessary to present your education, employment history and relevant assignments. The headings, section order and required fields should not be deleted, renamed or rearranged.

What documents must I submit?

Applicants must submit:

  • A completed online application form
  • A completed IACL prescribed CV template in editable Word format
  • Any supporting documents specifically requested in the application form

Academic certificates, professional certifications and identification documents may be requested during verification or assignment contracting.

Can I decline an assignment?
Yes. Registration does not require you to accept every opportunity.
