Impact Africa Consulting Limited’s new alliance with the International Consulting Alliance aims to revolutionize consulting services in Africa by integrating global expertise and innovative solutions. This collaboration will enhance client-centric offerings, driving sustainable development and impactful change across various sectors.

26 July 2024 – A new partnership between Impact Africa Consulting Limited (IACL) and International Consulting Alliance (ICA) that is meant to enhance consulting services for governments, iNGOs, private sector companies and developmental partners across Africa has this morning been announced. The partnership is meant to enhance client offerings around sustainability advisory, enterprise support services, impact assessments, training and capacity building, resource mobilization and HSE/OHS services for different clients.

Speaking during the announcement from Nairobi, IACL Lead Consultant and Partner Dr. Edward Mungai says that this partnership further builds into the organization’s mission of being client-centric by bringing in more expertise and services around their practice areas. “We are delighted to be among the few members in Africa joining ICA, and this is solely for the benefit of our clients who continually look up to us to make people better.”

The International Consulting Alliance is a unique network of independent organizations and experts with clear technical or geographic specialization, working on various projects in different countries. Since 2012, ICA World has facilitated long-term cooperation between a growing network of trusted partners in development cooperation. The goal of the alliance is to ensure high-quality project delivery and make a sustainable impact.

Mateja Bakker, Director of the International Consulting Alliance, commented, “We are thrilled to partner with Impact Africa Consulting Limited and have them join our network,” she said. “Their dedication to advancing sustainability in Africa and their expertise in other practice areas aligns perfectly with our mission to drive global best practices. We look forward to their impactful contributions and the value they will bring to our community.”

ICA members benefit from being part of a global community facilitating close personal relations and have numerous opportunities to meet and strengthen their cooperation. ICA World also provides an interactive platform enabling members to swiftly connect with each other. They combine sound understanding of many countries with high-quality technical expertise and knowledge of international and national projects.

Solomon Irungu, the Communication and External Relations Lead at Impact Africa added that, “This strategic partnership with ICA will significantly enhance how we engage with the external world. The opportunity to join forces with a global network of experts will enable us to offer more comprehensive and innovative solutions to our clients and to address sustainability challenges more effectively. We believe that this will enable us to forge stronger relationships with stakeholders and partners globally, driving impactful and sustainable change.”

This strategic partnership will enable Impact Africa to offer superior, customized consulting services that incorporate the latest insights and innovative solutions in sustainability. The membership in ICA is set to provide the company with opportunities to collaborate with leading industry experts globally and will be instrumental in harnessing cutting-edge solutions and applying them to address the unique sustainability challenges faced by its clients.

Impact Africa Consulting Limited is driven by a commitment to sustainability and specializes in developing innovative solutions that address the continent’s unique challenges, ensuring businesses and individuals make a meaningful and lasting impact. The company offers services in sustainability advisory, impact assessment and reporting, and resource mobilization and capacity building. These capacity-building services are designed to empower individuals and organizations to meet global standards and drive effective sustainability strategies and practices. A key component of this is the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Certification training program, which equips professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in sustainability reporting and practices.

IACL also employs a holistic approach to sustainable development, ensuring that both businesses and individuals grow sustainably. A major theme in this approach is partnership and collaboration, as seen through their recently launched Consultants Portal.
